Lion's Mane | Depression and Anxiety

In 2010, a Japanese human trial studied the effects of daily Lion's Mane consumption on anxiety, depression, and sleep quality. The trial included 30 women who were divided into the HE group, who received the Lion's Mane cookies, and the placebo group, who received mushroom-free cookies. The HE group consumed a total of 2g of Lion's Mane in 4 cookies each day. After 4 weeks, the HE group had significantly lower scores on their depression, irritability and anxiety measures.
